LESSON FEATUREs
ON-ICE INSTRUCTION
Players will get full access to all of Coach Nick’s drills, training, knowledge and experience, and breakdown in each lesson.
This plan offers the most for players to help elevate all aspects of their game and training. The level of commitment for the whole plan is vital for it to be effective. Each player will be required to commit to at least 6 months guarantee they benefit for their training.
There is a very analytical and repetition style approach to each lesson and each plan.
CoachNOw & iPad
CoachNow is a brand new app that Battista Hockey is integrating into all on ice lessons and instruction.
It is a great tool for players with the efficiency of the iPad app to show in real time how a drill is executed and where improvements can be made.
This plan includes full access for the players and has options for video and photo uploads along with articles and training. The app has complete On-Ice access including real Video Breakdown and editing on the ice!
VIDEO BREAKDOWN & ANALYSIS / off-Ice TRAINING & WORKOUTS
in-season and off-season training includes extra resources for players to take advantage of. Coordinating with the players coaches and the game schedule, Coach Nick will attend a game in person and film a players individual shifts. A follow up video with a breakdown of areas to improve on will be uploaded to the coachnow player space profile! There will also be games watched on livebarn that will be broken down in a similar manner
During the off season there will be custom training workouts for the players that include stick skills, leg and strength training, hockey posture, plyometrics, and more! There is even the option for multiple workouts with coach nick where he will breakdown each movement and training and explain how it applies to on ice fundamentals!
COMPLETE TRAINING PACKAGE
all the resources being offered with this plan is something that a player can benefit from. The player focused and tactful on ice instruction and training, the use of modern technology on and off the ice, coordination with coaches/parents for a customized lesson plan, video breakdown and analysis of players games, and off ice training and workouts with and without coach.
