The biggest benefit is the players ability to use the app and all its features on their own. Players have access to all the same tools and resources on the app as coach nick. The player can help track their progress by posting their off-ice skills and dryland, livebarn clips from games, coaches input, etc. anything that coach nick can comment on or evaluate and review to further instruct on how to improve.
